Privacy policy

This policy explains what information Quietloop Labs ("we") handles when a merchant uses Quietloop PDF Catalog Maker ("the app") and how it is protected. Questions: support@quietlooplabs.com.

What the app reads

• Product information (titles, prices, SKUs, vendors, descriptions, images) and collections, through the Shopify permission "read products". This is the only Shopify data permission the app asks for.
• Your shop's name, website address, contact email and currency, to print them in the catalog.
• Your public brand settings (logo, colors, cover image) from Shopify, and the colors and logo on your public store homepage, to match the catalog to your brand. You can change or remove them at any time.

The app does not read or store any information about your customers or orders. It does not use cookies for advertising or tracking.

Where the work happens

Catalogs are built inside your own browser. Product data passes through our server only to reach your browser and is not kept there.

What we store

• Your catalog settings (title, chosen collections, layout, colors, logo and cover image links).
• The access token Shopify gives the app when you install it, so the app can work on your behalf.
• Which plan you are on, as reported by Shopify.

This information is stored with Cloudflare, our hosting provider. Payments are handled entirely by Shopify; we never see card details.

Deleting your data

When you uninstall the app, its access is removed right away. Shopify then asks us to delete your shop's data, and we delete all of your catalog settings at that point (usually within 48 hours of uninstalling). You can also delete any catalog yourself inside the app, or email us to delete everything sooner.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent your information, and we only share it with the services needed to run the app: Shopify and Cloudflare.

Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the information we hold about your shop. Email support@quietlooplabs.com and we will reply within 30 days.

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
